The Chengdu city package offered incredible value! It included Panda Base tickets, a dedicated guide, and a hotpot dinner. Our guide secured front-row spots for panda feeding time – we captured adorable videos of pandas munching bamboo. At Kuanzhai Alley, we had ample free time, and the guide recommended a traditional teahouse. The hotpot dinner with face-changing表演 was fantastic; ingredients were fresh, and spice levels were adjustable. The downtown hotel was convenient for transportation. Families will love this – our kids were thrilled throughout!

The Zhangjiajie small group tour was absolutely breathtaking! Our guide took us on hidden trails at Tianzi Mountain, avoiding crowds entirely. The Avatar filming location with misty floating peaks felt like a fairy tale. The included Bailong Elevator ticket saved us hours of queuing. The guide doubled as a photographer, capturing stunning shots for us. Dinner featured Tujia ethnic cuisine with delicious spicy and sour flavors. Our group of young travelers clicked instantly, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-do for nature lovers and photographers!

I must highly recommend their high-speed rail ticket booking service! As a foreigner, trying to buy tickets on the official Chinese rail website is nearly impossible due to the requirement for local payment methods and phone numbers. But their website interface is clear, accepts international credit cards, tickets are issued very quickly, and the ticket information along with boarding instructions in Chinese and English are sent to your email. Once I needed to change my plans last minute, their customer service efficiently helped me resolve the issue via WeChat, even on a weekend! The ticket prices are reasonable, and the service fee is transparent. This service solves the biggest transportation hurdle for independent travelers in China, making travel incredibly easy. Will definitely use it again!

My wife and I always dreamed of going to Tibet but were worried about the permit. After seeing their good reviews on Trustpilot, we decided to try. The result was very satisfying! They handled all documents efficiently and clearly told us what to prepare. Our guide, Dorje, was a sincere Tibetan. He not only took us to the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple but also invited us to his home for butter tea, showing us real Tibetan culture and life. They were very understanding of our Muslim dietary needs and always ensured we ate at halal restaurants or had suitable food options. This was a spiritual journey, thanks to their professionalism and respect.

A huge thank you to you Emily for organizing such a perfectly coordinated and memorable trip to China! From start to finish, everything ran like clockwork - flights, trains, transfers, hotels and most importantly, the guided tours in every city we visited. We truly loved every moment and were especially impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly guides who brought each destination to life. This trip opened our eyes to how incredible China is as a tourist destination-rich in culture, history, modern marvels, and warm hospitality. We've not stopped talking about it since! My sincere apologies for this late report- it's only because we've continued travelling to other parts of the world. But without a doubt, China remains one of our favorite highlights, all thanks to your fantastic planning and care, Emily. Highly recommended for anyone considering a journey to China!
