The day trip to the Leshan Giant Buddha from Chengdu was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to China! The itinerary was well-planned; the morning departure time avoided traffic, and we were among the first visitors to arrive, almost having the breathtaking moment of gazing face-to-face with the Buddha to ourselves. The guide was knowledgeable and shared many histories and legends about the Buddha's construction. We opted for the boat tour to see the Buddha's full profile from the water, which was the best way to get the perfect photo. Lunch featured Leshan's specialty "Qiaojiao" beef, which was delicious. On the drive back, everyone was satisfied, and the driver played relaxing music for us. A very fulfilling day, highly recommended!

The arranged hotel was located in the city center with convenient transportation. The entire package was worry-free, cost-effective, and full of fun, especially suitable for family tourists!
