Take the 360° Panoramic Cable Car to the top of Guokui Mountain, 999.8 meters above sea level. Along the river, admire Stalin Park (named after an international friend)—one of the summer resorts along the Songhua River, facing Sun Island across the river. Founded in 1953 and originally named "Riverside Park," it stretches 1,750 meters.
