Begin your day at Tiananmen Square, one of the largest city squares in the world and the symbolic heart of China. Surrounded by landmarks such as the Monument to the People’s Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum of China, this grand square has witnessed many significant moments in Chinese history.
Continue to the Palace Museum (Forbidden City), the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It stands as a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture, with over 9,000 rooms and countless cultural relics. The Forbidden City embodies the grandeur of traditional Chinese civilization and offers a glimpse into the luxurious and ritualized life of ancient emperors.

Next, visit Jingshan Park, located directly north of the Forbidden City along Beijing’s central axis. This former imperial garden offers the best panoramic view of Beijing and the Forbidden City. Climb to the top of the “Wanchun Pavilion” for a breathtaking view of golden roofs and red walls glowing under the sunset—a perfect spot for photography and relaxation.

Enjoy a signature dinner at Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant, a time-honored brand founded in 1864 and world-renowned for its Peking duck. The crispy skin and tender meat, wrapped in thin pancakes with hoisin sauce and scallions, make it a culinary experience that perfectly represents the authentic flavor of Beijing.

After dinner, take a night stroll along Wangfujing Street, one of Beijing’s oldest and most vibrant shopping districts. Located east of the Forbidden City, the street is lined with shopping malls, department stores, and snack stalls offering delicacies from across China. It’s also home to the historic Wangfujing Catholic Church, making it an ideal destination to enjoy shopping, food, and the vibrant energy of Beijing’s nightlife.

Travel to Badaling Great Wall. Known as one of the "Nine Passes," the Badaling section is one of the most famous and scenic parts of the Great Wall, with a stunning combination of rugged cliffs and lush green landscapes. The saying “He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true hero” makes this one of the top spots for visitors to experience the grandeur of the Great Wall and its historical significance.

After lunch, head to Nankou Ancient Town. Here, you will enjoy imperial-style afternoon tea, taste classic Beijing snacks, and watch fascinating intangible cultural heritage performances such as face-changing and fire-breathing. After the performances, enjoy free time to wander around the ancient town and immerse yourself in the life of ancient palace dwellers.

Next, at Nanluoguxiang, experience making dumplings, where you’ll learn to prepare one of China’s most iconic dishes and enjoy the fun of making and eating your own creations. For dinner, enjoy a dumpling feast made by your own hands.

In the evening, take a night tour of Nanluoguxiang. Located in Beijing’s city center, Nanluoguxiang is a trendy alley that combines bohemian charm with old Beijing vibes. It’s home to numerous artistic shops and an array of local snacks, making it a favorite destination for young people and art enthusiasts, offering a perfect blend of traditional and modern Beijing. Finally, return to the hotel to rest, with free time for the evening.

Travel to Yonghe Temple. Known as the Lama Temple, Yonghe Temple is the only Tibetan Buddhist temple in Beijing that retains a complete imperial layout. It was originally the residence of Emperor Yongzheng before he ascended the throne and is now a place of worship and prayer. Here, you can calm your mind, make wishes, and experience the serenity and sanctity of this ancient temple.

Next, head to Wudaoying Art District. Wudaoying is a hub for artistic cafes and creative shops, offering a glimpse into China’s modern art culture. The area is filled with street art, design shops, and creative spaces, making it an ideal place to experience the vibrant and contemporary arts scene in Beijing.

After lunch, visit Temple of Heaven Park. The Temple of Heaven is a key historical site in Beijing, used by emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for ceremonies and prayers to ensure good harvests. It is one of China’s most famous ancient architectural landmarks. Within the park, you can witness traditional Beijing afternoon activities like erhu performances, opera, Tai Chi, and calligraphy, immersing yourself in Beijing's unique subcultures.

For dinner, enjoy Old Beijing Fried Sauce Noodles, a traditional Beijing dish. After dinner, return to the hotel to rest, marking the end of your day.
