Pandora Crossing

On the departure date, take a flight to Zhangjiajie International Airport in China. Upon arrival, we will greet you with flowers at the airport.

After breakfast, take a bus tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, a World Natural Heritage site, one of the first batch of World Geoparks, and one of the first batch of National AAAAA-level tourist attractions (entrance fee and environmental protection bus included). Then take a shuttle bus to Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area (one-way Tianzi Mountain Gold Cableway included), known as the "King of Peak Forests," whose clouds and mists are admired by tourists from home and abroad. Visitors can explore attractions such as Warrior Horse Training, West Sea, Helong Park, and Fairy Offering Flowers. The saying goes, "Having seen the Emperor's face, one need not see any other mountains." The east, west, and south sides are lined with towering stone peaks and deep ravines, creating a unique and breathtaking landscape. It is known as "an enlarged bonsai, a miniature fairyland." Peak forests, sunrise, cloud waterfalls, and winter snow constitute the four wonders of Tianzi Mountain. The Imperial Brush Peak is the iconic peak of Zhangjiajie. Helong Park, located on Yunqing Rock, is the only large-scale cultural landscape in Wulingyuan. Visitors can climb to the highest point of Tianzi Mountain, Tianzi Pavilion, for a panoramic view of the entire mountain.

Afterwards, travel to the [Yangjiajie Scenic Area] to view the essence of natural peak wall landforms, including representative attractions such as the Natural Great Wall and Wulongzhai.

After lunch, visit the [Yuanjiajie Scenic Area] and the [Hallelujah Mountains], the filming location for *Avatar*, to explore the floating, star-like mountains depicted in the movie *Avatar*. Enter a fantastical and unpredictable world; witness the [Gathering of Divine Soldiers], venture into the [Back Garden], and cross the [First Bridge Under Heaven]. Stumble upon the [Bewitching Terrace], shrouded in mist, with towering peaks and breathtaking scenery, a plethora of sights to see, making you forget your way home. Standing on the viewing platform of Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, three thousand unique peaks unfold before your eyes, majestic, precipitous, beautiful, and wild, each with its own distinct character. Deep within the canyons, hundreds of stone peaks and pillars rise abruptly. Steep rocks resemble valiant generals; rugged peaks resemble brave warriors. Vivid and lifelike, seemingly still yet in motion, their forms so realistic they seem to leap off the surface.

Ride the world's tallest elevator, the Bailong Elevator (one-way trip included), a magnificent sight with a vertical drop of 335 meters and an operating height of 326 meters. Currently listed in the Guinness World Records for "fastest operating speed, largest load capacity, and highest outdoor sightseeing elevator," it's a perfect combination of natural beauty and man-made wonder. The Bailong Elevator achieves the goal of "touring the mountain and staying at the foot," bringing the breathtaking scenery of Yuanjiajie, Golden Whip Stream, the First Bridge Under Heaven, and Enchanting Terrace to the forefront.

Afterwards, dinner will be at Wuli Guanzhen Mountain, featuring a special cliffside BBQ.

Tianzi Mountain

Yangjiajie

After breakfast, take bus 2 to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park: a World Natural Heritage site, one of the first batch of World Geoparks, and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction (entrance fee and environmental protection vehicle included). Visit Jinbian Stream, Zhangjiajie's most beautiful natural oxygen bar (approximately 7.5 kilometers long, 1/3 of the route will be visited, approximately 1.5 hours). Jinbian Stream, stretching 7.5 kilometers, is the most beautiful part of Wulingyuan Scenic Area, winding through peaks and valleys. The clear water is cascading gracefully, with small fish swimming in it. The banks are adorned with beautiful flowers and grasses, and birdsong fills the air. Walking along the clear stream is like stepping into a painting. It is hailed as "one of the most beautiful canyons in the world." The famous painter Wu Guanzhong once praised it as "a fairytale world." The air in Jinbian Stream contains over 100,000 negative ions per cubic meter, earning it the reputation of a natural oxygen bar. Visit attractions such as Zhang Liang's Tomb, Golden Rooster Crowing at Dawn, Zicaotan (Purple Grass Pool), and Couple Embracing Child!

Afterwards, proceed to the [Ten-Mile Gallery Scenic Area] (round-trip sightseeing train included). Along this valley stretching over ten miles, abundant natural scenery unfolds, making visitors feel as if they are walking through a painting. The Ten-Mile Gallery is renowned for its numerous scenic views, with small vistas every three steps and large vistas every five. Dark peaks line the valley, and the rocks on the mountains have formed over 200 stone formations resembling people, objects, birds, and beasts. Attractions include the Old Man Gathering Herbs (one of Zhangjiajie's ten most spectacular sights), Golden Rooster Crowing at Dawn, Couple Embracing Child, and Heavenly Dog Gazing at the Moon. Among these, "Peacock Spreading its Tail," "Old Man Gathering Herbs," "Longevity Star Welcoming Guests," and "Tiger Roaring to the Sky" are not to be missed.

After lunch, proceed to the [Huanglong Cave Scenic Area] (approximately 2 hours). Huanglong Cave is renowned worldwide for its top honors, including being named a world-class karst cave wonder, the world's most beautiful tourist cave, and a famous Chinese trademark. Exploring the cave, you'll find it dimly lit, with towering stalagmites resembling ancient trees with intertwined roots. The cave contains caves within caves, rivers within caves, and countless other wonders—truly a "subterranean palace." Among the attractions are the stalagmite "The Sea-Stabilizing Needle," insured for 100 million yuan by Ping An Insurance Company of China, and the "Echoing River," divided into four levels. The upper three levels are dry caves, and the lower level is a water cave, requiring a boat ride. The scenic area comprises Huanglong Cave and Pastoral Scenery, integrating nature, culture, folk customs, and ecology. The Harinuya Hall has even won a prestigious Chinese design award. Afterwards, return to the hotel.

Dinner is at your own expense. You can camp and enjoy beer by the stream at the hotel (at your own expense, but booking can be arranged).

Yuanjiajie

Bailong Elevator

After breakfast, take a bus to [Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park] (entrance fee and cable car ride included, escalator and shoe covers provided, tour time approximately 3.5 hours). Tianmen Mountain, at an altitude of 1518.6 meters, is a cultural holy site in Zhangjiajie, renowned for its numerous poems and legends, earning it the title of "Soul of Zhangjiajie." A national 5A-level tourist area, Tianmen Mountain boasts many accolades, including being named one of "China's 50 Most Worthwhile Places for Foreigners to Visit," "China's Most Desirable Place," one of Hunan's New Eight Scenic Spots, one of China's Top 100 Self-Driving Tour Scenic Spots, and one of the Top Ten Scenic Spots Most Watched by Chinese Netizens." The [Tongtian Avenue] soars straight into the clouds, offering breathtaking views of Tianmen Mountain's perilous and rugged landscape, a truly awe-inspiring experience, and is known as a "highway wonder."

The world's highest-altitude natural cave through a mountain, [Tianmen Cave], is a legendary landmark. Tianmen Cave, perched atop a cliff over 1300 meters above sea level, is 131.5 meters high, 57 meters wide, and 60 meters deep, perpetually shrouded in mist and clouds, a truly awe-inspiring sight. The Guigu Plank Road, stretching 1600 meters along a sheer cliff at an average altitude of 1400 meters, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, evoking the feeling of "standing at the summit, surveying all the mountains below." The Tianmen Mountain Glass Skywalk, following the Guigu Plank Road and the glass viewing platform jutting out from the cliff face, is another highlight of Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. Its imposing presence and breathtaking grandeur have earned it the reputation of the "Sky Road of the East." On clear days, the reflections of the blue sky and white clouds fill the entire walkway, creating a thrilling experience of walking on clouds while simultaneously feeling a sense of trepidation. In foggy weather, the glass skywalk appears and disappears in the mist, creating a stunningly beautiful scene that transcends the mortal realm. The Tianmen Mountain Cableway is the only access route to and from the mountain besides Tongtian Avenue. It is the world's longest mountain sightseeing cableway, 7454 meters long with a vertical drop of 1277 meters, and a one-way trip takes approximately 40 minutes. The section between the upper and lower stations has a gradient of up to 37 degrees, a rarity in the world.

After lunch, take a bus to Fenghuang Ancient Town. After checking into your hotel, enjoy an evening stroll through Fenghuang Ancient Town, admiring the breathtaking night view along the Tuojiang River. Savor local delicacies, sing folk songs with Miao girls, watch the Miao drum performance (an intangible cultural heritage), and savor the unique local dish, "High Mountain Flowing Water." Stroll along the Tuojiang River in the nighttime atmosphere of Fenghuang Ancient Town.

After breakfast, the itinerary includes a visit to the Miao Medicine Clinic (Chitang) for consultation and external product application, a stomach therapy center, a food and medicine experience store (deer antler, dendrobium, gastrodia elata, etc.), a pain and rhinitis clinic (Miao Shaotang) for external products, a dendrobium medicinal cuisine experience, a herbal bead shop (Miao Yutang) for herbal bracelets, necklaces, and sachets, a lily shop (lily powder snacks, lotus root powder snacks, etc.), and a herbal tea shop (three-flower tea, blood pressure lowering tea). This allows you to directly experience Miao medicine, gain a deeper understanding of the rich cultural heritage of Miao medicine, and witness the miracles of traditional Chinese medicine.

After lunch, experience Miao costume changing and immerse yourself in Miao culture.

In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Fenghuang Ancient Town.

Return to your hotel in Zhangjiajie city at the designated time. After checking into the hotel, have dinner at your own expense and enjoy the city's night view at the Seventy-Two Wonders Tower.
